I have spent most of my adult life, learning about behavior, and why we do the things we do.

My business, Points of Light Resources is located on the shoreline of Connecticut. I have been assisting people in getting from where they currently are in their lives, to where they want to be, utilizing the concepts of energy work, colour therapy,whole foods nutrition, and vibrational medicines. I have always come from the belief that we are all unique individuals and have within us a code that unlocks the potential within. We all need to clear before we can hear – our cells, our minds, and our hearts. It is then that we truly open up to find the gifts within. I work with your energy grid by opening up the messages contained within through many different modalities, including Aura Soma Colour Therapy, Flora Corona Healing Elixirs, Light Language, flower essences, lifestyle awareness, aura stories, energy work and gentle coaching, I am proud to assist people in achieving their unique goals; one choice at a time.

Debra Hastings, owner and founder of Points of Light Resources, is a board certified Nutritional and Holistic Health Counselor through the American Association of Drugless Practitioners as well as an Integrative Life Coach, Certified Reiki Master Teacher and Licensed Color and Behavioral Counselor. Debra has a thriving private practice in CT and gives lectures and workshops throughout Connecticut.
